section of the Level 1 Instructors Course will provide instructors with a solid
foundation in the principles and practices of effective teaching. This part of
the course is often delivered online to allow accessibility to instructors
internationally.
Topics Covered:
·
Parental Involvement
Learn how to engage parents as partners in their child’s Taekwon-Do
journey, increasing support, retention, and trust. Parents are encouraged to
support practice and motivation at home, while in class the instructor leads
the learning environment. This creates a balanced partnership: parents feel
involved and valued, while instructors maintain full responsibility and
authority during training.
Practical Skills You’ll Gain
The Level 1 Instructor Course practical component enables instructors to practice delivering the program with confidence, clarity, and strong interpersonal skills. The course is available in two formats: in-person delivery and online delivery, which includes live demonstrations, practice tasks, and feedback sessions. Although the in-person format is preferable, the online format exists to allow easy accessibility to instructors internationally.
What You Will Learn and Practice:
The hands-on training guarantees that instructors possess knowledge and readiness to teach effective, structured classes in the dojang right from the start.
