Saturday 29^th and Sunday 30^th November 2025

• 10am-1pm Theory and practical training
• 1pm-2pm Lunch Break
• 2pm-5pm Theory and practical training

• Instructors: Open to ITF Black Belts aged 18+. Successful candidates who complete the course and pass the online exam will receive the Taekwon-Do Kids Level 1 Instructor Certificate.
• Assistants: Also open to Blue Belts and above, aged 13+, who wish to assist their instructor in a Taekwon-Do Kids class. Participants under 18 or below 1st Degree Black Belt will receive a Certificate of Participation.

Please wear your dobok for the practical, and a tracksuit top for the theory to stay warm.
