Curtis

Meaning of name: Courtesy.

Curtis is a boy who is learning to be polite and generous, and he encourages others to do the same.

Jung-Su

Meaning of name: Honesty and Beauty.

Jung-Su is a boy who is learning the importance of honesty and fairness. He thinks a lot about behaving in a way that is good, not only for himself, but also for the others. He does his best to always do the right thing and he encourages others to do the same.

Sabira

Meaning of name: Patient, Enduring.

Sabira is learning the value of being patient and putting continued effort on tasks that are important. She doesn’t want to give up easily, even if the task is difficult. She is a good example to the other children around her.

Serena

Meaning of name: Composed, Peaceful.

Serena is a girl learning to be calm and controlled. When she finds it difficult to control herself, she takes deep breaths to calm down. This often works for her. She can control herself easier when she is calm. By doing this, she also helps others around her to be calm and controlled too.

Jabari

Meaning of name: Fearless.

Jabari is a boy who is learning to be courageous. He does his best not to back down when things get tough. Sometimes doing what is right is very difficult, and he may even become worried about losing out in some way. Whenever he makes the right choice and shows true courage he becomes stronger and helps others to be brave too.
